The unit does not sit level and the feet are not adjustable so it has a wobble. Unacceptable for a $1000+ unit. I would return for another unit if I could.

No matter how I have tried I am unable to get the Convection Bake time to work. The timer works fine tho. The read out screen shows weird lights that doesn't spell out words or numbers for some functions. I dislike the wide grid on the racks. Since it is recommended to use them ALL the time, small items fall through and no other racks are supposed to be used. I've had this microwave/convection for one week. I hope to not find other difficulties. This product was recommended above others by a highly respected store. I'm contacting GE for resolution for my problem. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Our 30+ year builtin Jenn-air microwave died during Covid. Waited to now to replace microwave and wall oven. We've only had the microwave a short time but has not disappointed. Used the microwave to heat a cup of coffee, bake cookies and grill cheese toast. Looks great above the Cafe wall oven.

Not worth it, doesn't last

Too expensive for something that is only going to last a few years. Looks nice and worked well for 5 years. Other reviews say even less. We never used convection, and did not find the WiFi features useful, so only used it for what any other microwave could do. It stopped working recently and they would not give any repair estimate by phone, but charge $150 to come and tell us it would cost over $500 to replace a faulty door switch. We will buy a new microwave that does what we need for less than that.

Microwave worked great until it stopped working. Noticed a slight burning smell in the kitchen. The unit stopped working. Went through troubleshooting and still not working. $ 150.00 service fee to diagnose the problem. This unit only lasted 3 years and it cost over $ 900.00. I would not recommend this Microwave.

The microwave functions good so far, have not used the convection oven features yet. I think the keypad is a litle difficult, you have to press the button really hard to get them to function. I think they contract in black and white could be a little better since it's a built-in and lower, it's a little difficult to read the numbers, even with lights on.

Really liked the microwave when it worked. Recently, it randomly resets to a longer time (sometimes several resets) when cooking. A new control panel costs 1/4 of the price of a new microwave. Disappointing.

Bought this and the surround for the 30™€ built-ins. It works great. It™€™s actually really quiet. The 1000W is right on spot with others we™€™ve had but works well. The WiFi is nice to have. Haven™€™t used that feature much. Over all so far it™€™s been a good purchase and matches our other Cafw Appliances.

This is the 3rd microwave (same model) since 2017. First one stopped working March 2021. Bought another one. It stopped heating and turntable didn't work. Now this is the 3rd one. They only last 4 year and are very expensive. It's the only one that fits my space.

The price threw me off, but after getting it set up and watching the Mrs. do her thing, it changed my mind. Convection cooking too? I never thought I™€™d fall in love with an appliance, but here we are™€"me and my GE Cafà built-in microwave, living our best life. We really loved our older model, but unfortunately it quit after years of use, however, we were able to replace it with the new version. It™€™s sleek, shiny, and knows how to heat up leftovers. The convection feature is fancy and works great to crisp my pizza. I love the push button for opening and closing the door. I really like that it fits in the space where the old one was. I also appreciate that it's similar to the old model that we replaced so that I'm comfortable and we don't have to learn new buttons. This microwave is easy to use and helps out with our daily cooking tasks.
