Looks nice when new sadly, but like most cooktops - almost impossible to keep the surface nice. Really wish I had ordered another of your products. Different burner sizes, different knobs for sure. The burners do seems to operate properly and install was easy.

Burners are a problem. First, the labels on each burner are in a soft Grey color which does not contrast with a black top. Hard to read. 2nd, when a burner is shut off and the red heat light stays on the red light goes off before the burner cools off. I have burned myself twice in 2 weeks. I now need to put a trivet on top of the burner after each use to remind me not to touch it. A product liability lawsuit waiting to happen.

Was not informed 1 BURNER was not burner but warmer (NOT NEEDED) Entire transaction took 3 months and 4 different installations. Poor installs (I needed to complete 2 of the installs and needed to supply tools and material for one install. Not sure I would deal with Best Buy again

The installation was straight forward and I had no difficulties during the process. The layout design is comfortable. The unit warms quickly. The only issue so far is my elderly mother has great difficulty turning the burners on, as they must be pushed down to use.

Works great, sturdy knobs, looks good. The surface is hard to clean and keep shiny. This appliance replaced a previous flat cooktop that was about 20 years old. I had new countertops put in before choosing a new cooktop. There is a gap behind it of about one inch. I am trying to find something to fill the gap .

This was a replacement of an earlier GE model and installed easily. At 2 weeks it works well. The layout of the burners is taking some getting used to because the smallest one is no longer embedded within a larger one. Also the child-proof locks require more force to operate which my wife finds difficult. The information etched into the glass top is barely readable and could do with an upgrade. But no major problems! Maybe a touch control model would be a better choice.

Looks good installed after a few hiccups including a week late delivery from manufacturer promised, but the delivery crew was good and product arrived in good working condition. Please find a different way to package foam that is installed between the glass top and the countertop (it was awful!) ™€" wrapped very messily and zip- tied, making it very hard to straighten out for install! This should have been the easy part of the job! Also not fond of the straps to hold this to the countertop™€" the screws are bulky and hard to handle and the explanation for using was lacking. An alternative kit was mentioned™€" why not just supply that kit to begin with? After install, the unit worked great and looked nice™€" thank you for info concerning acceptable cookware choices™€" suggest you add this info to your marketing material for easier decision making before purchase!

Large burner is so much bigger than my previous cooktop and it also has a ™€œmedium™€ sized burner that is only slightly smaller than the largest burner on my previous cooktop. We were told to buy our appliances early because they were 6 months out so we did and unfortunately got them within a month. Our appliances sat in boxes for 10 months until our new build was done. We got 2 months out of our stove top and the black is coming off one burner already and our warranty ended. Same thing happened with our refrigerator, one month use and stopped working. Luckily got our warranty in 5 days before expiration. But are 2 months in on waiting for repairs.

Performs well with a wide range of functions and as described But lack of an edge trim gives the appearance of an unprofessional finish and fails to provide a seal against liquids entering the drawers underneath. GE provides an accessory edge time for 30inch GE cooktops but not 36in such as this one. This is an important omission and detracts form the value of the product

I have had GE appliances for 35 years. I cook a LOT. I despise this stove top. Wish I had never wasted my money. A warmer burner is USELESS! I wanted 5 burners for a reason. NOT TO WARM. The burners heat up way too slowly. It is very hard to clean. If I had the money, I would buy something different and get rid of this waste of money.
