My first call was with Nicole. Very nice and professional. Her representation as a GE agent was first class. The delivery was handled with accountability, service, professionalism, friendliness, and respect for our home. Josh, Harman and another fellow did a first class job on the installation and haul away of my true temp GE oven of 27 years. The over is good size, the materials are quality, timer and temp function are straight forward. So pleased with how it cooks at high temperatures . Love it.

I bought this oven at a local appliance store. Prices about the same everywhere. I bought this oven because I needed white and also I didn't want to have to change the size of the opening, as I was replacing a basic GE oven that lasted 27 years. Problems: the exhaust now exists below the oven, giving the bottom an unfinished look; the inside is now black, really ugly, not the old well-loved speckled gray; the racks are really ugly black, not metallic color; THE RACKS DON'T FIT; THEY ARE TOO TIGHT AND THEY SCRAPE THE OVEN (GE's solution is to tell you to coat them with vegetable oil); I have run it on high temp about 5 times and the new oven STILL EMITS A CHEMICAL SMELL THAT IS AWFUL and probably dangerous (so 2 weeks later I am still unable to cook in it); the bottom heating element is apparently "hidden" in the bottom of the oven (why? nothing was wrong with a heating element you could see); the halogen light is WEAK; install was a little difficult because despite "guaranteed to fit," the oven is actually about 1.5 inches deeper than the one it replaced (I called GE before purchasing to verify this oven would be correct size); the oven does not reach the temperature shown on the thermostat--I am an engineer in temperature sensors and it does not reach set temps. GE's solution is to let you fiddle with a thermostat reset. Why GE, Why try to re-invent the oven? I now wish I had spent hundreds to repair my 27 year old GE oven. The hinges broke after 27 years, so the door did not close fully. I wish I had just repaired it. The new oven is a terrible disappointment. The one it replaced was better, and it had convection bake as well.

Large capacity oven, easy to connect, wish control labeling was lighted, but still works, and temperature is spot on. Easy to clean after using.

This oven slipped right in place of the 19 year old unit that had failed. I find the touch panel easy to use although the operating instructions had to be downloaded from the internet. The instructions are poor and lacking in detail. A few real world examples of usage would have been helpful. GE calls the color white. It is not truly white. Is a slightly off white if that makes a difference for the buyer. The virtually flat surface is modern I suppose but I would like to see a little relief to give its appearance something of interest to view.

Love our new wall oven. The controls are familiar and easy to use. No exposed element to make cleaning the bottom of the oven difficult. Seems to take a little longer to preheat than our previous oven, but otherwise we are very satisfied.

Bad from start. Racks that came with oven did not work. Could not use new oven for three weeks waiting for new racks. The new racks come they don't fit. Cannot keep racks level in oven off by 1/2 " Now service person was scheduled, he gets here, he finds left side wall bowed in by 1/4". I the customer have to supply items A screw jack and 2x4s , to move wall back to proper place so racks will fit.

I gave this 4 stars only because the app is impossible to use. I also tried registering online and it wants, not specified where to locate code, a code that is not the model or serial number and not on any of the paperwork and not on the front of the oven. It the code does not come up when you scan the code on the oven or on the warranty card.
When I scan the code on the oven and sign in, it says no appliance found. I tried to get it to work and it just does not. Giving up and mailing in the warranty card.

Oven is smaller than previous GE oven it replaced. Required major modification of cabinet to fit.
Protective film peeled paint off of oven requiring repainting.
Tried to add photo of peeled paint. Add images section would not allow.
Not pleased with GE quality.

Only had it one day and have baked several batches of cookies for a birthday party.
The timer is so easy to set as are the temp controls. I thought I would not like the digial screens and I do not miss the knobs one bit. It is clean and bright indiside.It held 2 cookies sheets on each shelf .Easy open door I appreciate as my old door was so heavy.
The cookes turned out beautifully browned. I cannot wait to bake my famous bread I never had a
proof selection before.

The oven is functioning as expected. Preheat was quick and quiet. The first time I set it at 400 degrees for an hour as recommended by installer there was no odor. The exterior is sleek, the digital controls are user friendly.

I just had my new oven installed and have not used it but I am pleased with how it looks.
My old GE Profile oven was over 25 years old and I hated to see it go! But my new oven looks good in my kitchen with my other GE appliances in white-so far I am pleased with the product and I have always loved GE appliances!

A perfect replacement for a similar size. No need for adjustment in cut-out vs the one I bought 19 years ago!
A little disappointing that the energy usage wasn™™t improved vs 19 years ago. Also did not like that the air was now blowing out at the bottom.
Basically a replacement of a 19 year old wall oven without any improvements.

I bought this to replace my GE Profile Performance wall oven that I bought in 1999. The touch panel wasn™™t working and of course there were no replacement parts. The new oven looks okay but is definitely cheaply made compared to the 1999 model. The outside is very square looking and doesn™™t match with the microwave design which is right above it. No one will notice except me. I wanted white and had to settle for this model which can™™t compare to the features of my old one. There are very few white appliances out there. GE, not everyone wants stainless steel!!!

The oven has very good heat distribution for no hot spots. It is also a breeze to clean without any heating coils exposed on the bottom. I do like the "proof" and "Keep warm" features.

I just removed my old GE oven after 29 years of service, mostly because the cooling fan had been rattling for a few years yet I think we get use to it.We just thought it was time to replace it. It cooks wonderful the racks are easy to move. Door is not too heavy to open or close. Timer signals 1 Minute before the timer is done.
