Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

JennAir review January 2026

TTom 2/4/2026

We purchased this item in December 2025. We have continuing service issues with the functionality of the control board. We had one replaced control board which is malfunctioning and awaiting another control board replacement.

Nice Stove

LizzyJ 10/22/2025

I like the cooktop. It's easy to select the right cooking temperature. The oven works fine. I had a little problem setting the timer- kept turning the oven off but I figured it out.

Functionally ok, oven light flickers

BK MKE 10/14/2025

Range and oven work ok. The oven light flickers after being above 350 for 30 minutes. Does this affect function? No, but when you pay this much for an appliance, you don™€™t want stupid issues

Should come with a free set of pots and pans!

jeff_the_chef 8/8/2025

The range looks nice. Being stainless you of course see very fingerprint. I think at this price point it should come with a set of pots and pans ready for this induction unit. Many of the pans we have and love do not work and we have to buy replacements. I miss the drawer at the bottom that we used for storing baking sheets on our old range. Also, for some reason the oven light blink/flash if you leave them on while baking. Overall impression is that it's nice, but is it worth the price? Probably not.

Works Well, But Documentation is Lacking

Stumpy's Bear 3/28/2025

So far it has met or exceeded expectations but there are still features that we haven't used. A big part of that is that there really is no user manual that explains the various menus and baselines for them. What they call an owners manual is primarily installation instructions. There is a quick start guide and some instructions that come with the air fryer basket, but that is it. At the very least there should be a proper manual online available as a *.pdf for download but there is no such thing. Having one available would definitely make it easier for the new owner to use all of the features available. Come on, do you not have any technical writers on staff?

Questionable oven efficiency

DBaker 2/14/2025

Bought through Best Buy 4 months ago and our power bill has been SIGNIFICANTLY higher ever since - by $100 or more as compared to previous year with no change in cooking habits. When the oven is on, parts of the outside get very hot and it does not always stay at the temperature that was set. This requires turning off the oven and starting it again. This has been confirmed with oven thermometer. Takes a long time for the oven to get to temperature. The cook top is great for cooking, but can be tricky - it can be difficult to get the power button to respond when turning a burner back on after turning it off for a short period of time or needing to use a different burner. The simmer, boil, etc. options do not work well. For the price, would say mostly disappointed.

Great Stove BUT NO INFORMATION INCLUDED

DWin 2/12/2025

I bought our stove through Lee Supply, and when it was delivered there was No Instruction material. I went online and NaDa. It has now been a year and I am finally asked for a review. I™€™m happy with the stove, but there is a learning curve for cooking with induction. I would have appreciated a manual, even if I had to print it from online

Love it!

JDoo 2/12/2025

I have asthma and didn™€™t want the gas fumes™€¦ Got some new pots and pans to add to ones I already had. The induction top is truly fantastic™€¦ Get™€™s hot quick™€¦ turns off and stops heating just like gas and cleaning the glass is super easy™€¦ much easier than cleaning gas™€¦. Extra bonus™€¦ turns off automatically when you remove the pan!

Learning Curve

John PD 2/5/2025

We purchased the 30™€ induction range about 2 months ago. We™€™ve owned the downdraft ranges, and this was our first indication range. It was interesting to see how the different pots and pans worked on the range, as I did find a variation (of course all had to be magnetic). I found the temperature control to be quite good, quicker and more exacting once I got the hang of it. I™€™m sure the learning curve will continue. I found the upgrade in the convection oven to be substantial. Very even heat, easily controlled and it seemed the components were of higher caliber the my previous models (door, handles and shelving) I am enjoying it quite a bit at the moment.

Overall Great Product albeit initial Quality Issue

hosja 2/5/2025

The product works great! The induction cooktop is fantastic and the oven works well. The biggest problem was the initial quality at delivery as out of the box the first product was broken (misaligned door and bad oven light). The exchange for a new oven was difficult as JennAir initially wanted to "repair" a new oven, which seems counter intuitive for a higher end brand. Once we received a new oven it worked well except for the oven light as it "flickers" when the oven is warm and the door is open.

Features in work

AlenaD 2/5/2025

We bought an induction cooker to save time and money. Because compared to an electric one, induction heats up very quickly and cooks dishes much faster. But there are a few nuances, the oven panel is made of metal, and it scratches and when you cook, drops of fat get in, which we immediately remove. The panel itself is made of glass, it is easy to clean and you don™€™t have to put in any effort. I liked the oven and the light in it. I really like my stove!

Great cooktop™€¦average oven

Swa8286 2/5/2025

I enjoy my range and use it often. The glass top is much easier to clean than a normal electric one. It is easy to control the temperature when cooking. 5 stars for the cooktop. The oven, however, is average at best. It seems to take forever to preheat and baked goods don™€™t always brown on top very well.

inductiin range

dpm1 2/5/2025

This is my second JennAir induction purchase. My first(in a previous home) was a cooktop . I loved it! The double ovens were separate. This slide in range is fine but the oven takes forever to heat up. The cook top has several steps to activate the burners which I do not like nearly as well nor does the surface wipe down as easily as the other. It doesn't seem to be of the same quality and I am disappointed.
