Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Quiet, Good Heat, Easy to Use

jbus07 9/10/2026

Easy to install myself and get up and running. Heat is quick and strong, and the drum tumbles so quietly I barely hear it running. Moisture sensor dry works well and clothes seem to be less wrinkled than my old dryer. Overall, a great purchase I hope to have for years to come.

The dryer drys thoroughly and quickly. Settings are great and helpful when the amount of drying is needed. This is our second Maytag dryer appliance and it is as efficient as the first one!

Love the features

jbhockeyma 8/2/2026

I like the features of the dryer. I don't like the way I have to slam the door in order to close it. Right off the bat I had to place a repair order. The light inside the dryer wasn't working. Two parts had to be ordered and one part was out of stock. One month later I finally have an appointment to have the new parts installed.

Drys Well When Working™€"But Broke Down Too Quickly

BC-26 6/24/2026

This dryer worked well for drying clothes and has adequate features. However, it has not proved to be durable and broke down literally one month after the warranty ran out™€"13 months old. The blower fan, which is a robust part, simply broke apart inside the unit. We and the 30+ year experienced repair man found no reason why. Simply a bad part. I had an old Kenmore for over 25 years without a single issue, and it was still working when I bought this Maytag. The Extended Warranty program I purchased was fraudulent, promising repair service that they did not deliver on. I practically had to bring legal action to cancel the plan. Very sullen and bad communication people. The upshot, it cost me $375 dollars, over half the original price, to repair an essentially new Maytag dryer. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable appliance.

Not happy! Dryer disappointment!!!

Dryer disappointment 3/19/2026

We ha e had the dryer less than a month and it stopped drying. I called customer service and instead of just sending out a rep to look at it...they are putting us through a trouble shooting period which we already did. And are talking about sending out a kit that will take minimum of 5 days to receive. Its ridiculous. The rep said if they send out a tech, we are at risk of being charged for the visit. I mean we only 7sed it 3 or 4 times and it stopped working. Back up your product maytag. Very disappointed with the service

New Dryer

Grammy46 2/27/2026

I bought a Maytag based on the quality of the product throughout the years. It was my first Maytag purchase. I had my previous dryer for 13 years and it will take a little while to figure out the correct combination of time and heat to dry the clothes. I am currently working on that. I do have one complaint. I had a Maytag repairman come out after having the dryer for about 3 weeks because I thought the "buzzer" was not working. It turns out the buzzer is working fine. However, the sound on the buzzer is so low and short that you cannot hear it, even when you are standing right next to it. My laundry room is on the lower level of my home. There is no possible way I can hear it upstairs!! I don't know if this is due to a "money saving issue" but I am very disappointed in that feature. I personally depend on knowing when my better clothes are dry and ready to be hung.

Great dryer

Pat has dry clothes 2/20/2026

We bought this a month ago along with a matching washer as the motor on our old dryer gave out. Both look really good and the dryer has exceeded expectation as the drum is large so when a large load of laundry is done washing the entire load fits with extra room to tumble. Having all the options to choose from and the light panel so you can see where in the drying cycle the load is in is an added bonus to our old dryer.

Functional

Mv22 2/10/2026

Works well. Its a little mis leading that when you pick a timed cycle it actually takes quite a bit longer than the time selected. I also couldn't tell from photos that the top of the dryer is domed and not flat. I would have preferred flat. I would have been able to take that into consideration if the model had been displayed in store but it was not.

A Satisfied Customer

A Happy, Content Customer 2/2/2026

I am happy with my MayTag Top Load Gas Dryer. It has an appropriate menu of functions which does not have all the "bells and whistles", but I am not one who uses the "bells and whistles". As a dryer, it does what it is supposed to do well, and it is sturdy. The gas drying capabilities are far better than electric, and I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased the Maytag washer and dryer set in January 2025. I have allowed amole time to acquaint myself with your product. The saying goes, ™€œyou only get what you pay fo.™€ Unfortunately that is how O feel about this model. The drying cycles are heat intensive. Clothing comes out of the dryer markedly wrinkled. Every piece of clothing requires ironing. Am I doing something wrong? My review of the washing machine equally frustrating. The lid of the washing machine has no tension in the lid? Even though I pre treat coffee/tea stains clothing does not come out clean. I will not apply for extended warranty as I am positive that the washer will not hold up much longer than the initial warranty period.

This dryer is okay. I wish that the top was totally flat so that my detergent bottle wouldn™€™t slide off. Also, the dryer keeps going on for a minute or two after the cycle is complete which I find very annoying. It should complete the cycle and shut off.

Extremely Noisy

Needearplugs 12/4/2025

The washer cleans well but it is so noisy that it™€™s hard to listen to. You can hear it throughout the house so there is no good time to wash clothes unless you put them in before you go out. I was told this was normal but a repair person is coming out to look at it. I will let you know what transpires. If this is normal I wish I had known this ahead of time and I would not have purchased it! I purchased the matching dryer and that is fine. I™€™m hoping there is something wrong with it that can be remedied. I have never written a negative review but I don™€™t want anyone else to find out once it™€™s too late,

Hate lint trap on top as it's messy; should be inside door instead just like Maytag Performa dryer I had. Don't like slope of machine, can't fold laundry or place any laundry supplies on top. Can't control dry time, dial doesn't move so don't know how long dryer has been on, signal when machine set to stop is too short and too soft to hear upstairs.
